- This Sunday, Pastor Clark continues in our sermon series on Christ and Character. We are going to be looking at some of the character issues that are important to living out our faith in Christ on a daily basis. The Holy Spirit is constantly shaping our character to make us more like Christ. God wants every area of our life to be like God’s character. We want to think and feel and act like the character of God in our character.
- THIS SUNDAY, May 19: Our next Exploring Membership class is from 12:30pm to 6pm. — Lunch and dinner are provided. The afternoon includes a tour of the campus and information about church history, what we believe in and Who we believe in, what distinguishes Presbyterianism from other Protestant understandings, church governance, and a welcome from our pastor and other church leaders. Mariners class meets at 9:30am in the Mears Center building, classrooms 3 & 4 – They are currently studying Galatians. For info, contact Tom Clark.
This class provides basic training in essential doctrines of the Christian Faith to gain a solid Biblical Foundation. This will help them “Bridge” to any of the more advanced Bible Study Classes at FPCH. Contact Julietta Corti for more info.
